Jessica Fletcher
Account Manager
Jessica Fletcher was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, and brings both experience and heart to everything she does. She has been with State Farm for more than five years and has spent much of her career in customer service, including roles in retail, TitleMax, Hertz, and insurance. Connecting with people and building long-lasting relationships is truly one of Jessica’s strengths, and she says that part of the work never gets old.
Jessica is passionate about helping customers feel cared for and understood. She brings a friendly, personable style to her work and takes pride in creating a positive experience for the people she helps. Her background in service-focused roles gives her a strong ability to listen, problem-solve, and build confidence.
Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom of two amazing kids, affectionately known as Ming and Bubba. Their family also includes three rabbits: Tookie, Cotton, and Ron Weasley. Jessica enjoys playing games with her kids, doing puzzles, bowling, fishing, watching college football, and spending time with family. She also has a few fun claims to fame: she has never been on a plane, has a very selective relationship with vegetables, and may love pizza more than she is willing to officially admit.
Jessica is also looking toward the future with big dreams of becoming an author and business owner. Her drive, humor, and heart for people make her a valued part of our team.

Ashley Sand
Account Manager
Ashley Sand was born and raised in Sammamish, Washington, and recently returned to the Pacific Northwest after spending several years in Salt Lake City, Utah. She studied Psychology at the University of Utah and went on to work in both nonprofit and treatment-center settings, supporting youth mental health, human rights advocacy, and access to healthcare. Those experiences helped shape Ashley’s calm, thoughtful, and compassionate approach to helping others.
Ashley brings a strong sense of purpose to her work and is excited to work with State Farm Customers. She cares deeply about people and understands the importance of listening, learning, and helping customers feel supported as they make important decisions for themselves and their families.
Outside of work, Ashley loves being outdoors. Climbing, hiking, backpacking, camping, and paddle boarding are some of her favorite ways to recharge. She also enjoys yoga, cooking, and reading — especially audiobooks. Historical and contemporary fiction are among her favorites, but she is always open to a good book recommendation.
One of Ashley’s proud personal accomplishments was running a half marathon. Although she jokes that her body may still be recovering, she is already considering another one. Ashley is adventurous, thoughtful, and eager to grow, and we are so happy to have her as part of our team.

Kristian Magrini
Account Manager
Kristian Magrini was born and raised in Washington and brings a calm, steady, and thoughtful presence to our team. He takes pride in slowing things down and helping customers truly understand the answers to their questions. Insurance can feel complicated, and Kristian has a gift for making conversations feel clear, comfortable, and manageable.
Known for his patience and even temperament, Kristian is not easily rattled. He cares deeply about doing things well and taking care of people, whether that means helping a customer through a question, supporting his team, or being there for his State Farm family. His professionalism, dependability, and steady approach make him a trusted resource in the office.
Outside of work, Kristian enjoys golf, spending time outdoors, and caring for his cat. If he is not in the office, there is a good chance he would happily be found on the golf course.

Dina Oliphant
Customer Service Representative
We are excited to have Dina Oliphant on our team. Dina was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, and currently resides in Puyallup with her husband and their three wonderful children. With 11 years of State Farm experience, Dina brings a tremendous amount of knowledge, professionalism, and care to the customers she serves.
Dina truly enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping people feel confident and supported. Her experience with State Farm gives her a strong understanding of both the technical and personal sides of insurance, and she is passionate about serving customers with patience, kindness, and attention to detail.
A few fun facts about Dina: she can type an impressive 182 words per minute with very few errors, and she speaks Cambodian fluently. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time by the water with a good book and a cup of coffee. She also loves trying new and adventurous foods and is always open to a new experience.
Dina believes in being a lifelong learner and is excited to continue growing, taking on new challenges, and serving customers with excellence in our State Farm agency.

Bobby Wright
Customer Service Representative
We are excited to have Bobby Wright in our agency family. Bobby was born and raised in Renton, Washington, and now resides in Upstate New York with his wife and their three children. He brings three years of valuable State Farm experience and is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
Bobby is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with customers and takes great pride in the positive impact this work can have on people’s lives. He believes in doing things right the first time and brings a strong sense of dedication, professionalism, and follow-through to everything he does.
Bobby is also a proud U.S. Army veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division, including two years in the Middle East supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military background has helped shape his work ethic, discipline, and team-first mindset.
Outside of work, Bobby enjoys the outdoors, new experiences, visiting new places, and spending time with his family. He and his family have two dogs, Sasha and Maci. Though he now lives on the East Coast, Bobby still misses some of his Washington favorites — especially pho, Pacific Coast seafood, and Mount Rainier.
Bobby’s experience, integrity, and commitment to serving others make him a fantastic addition to our State Farm team.

Kathy Donnelly
Customer Service Manager
Kathy Donnelly was born and raised in Havertown, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia, and has called the New Jersey Shore home for nearly three decades. She loves the sound of the ocean, the warmth of the sand, and the sense of peace that comes from living near the water. She also owns a ranch in Texas, just south of Dallas, giving her a unique connection to both coastal and country living.
Kathy brings experience, professionalism, and a caring approach to her work. Kathy is the kind of person who believes in taking the time to help people feel heard, supported, and understood. Her warmth and sense of humor make her a natural relationship builder, and she truly believes life is too short not to smile.
Outside of work, Kathy and her spouse enjoy a busy and joyful family life with nine grandchildren. Music has been one of Kathy’s lifelong passions. She has played and taught piano and recently took up the ukulele, which she absolutely loves. She also enjoys dancing to Motown and cheering on all Philadelphia sports teams. We may still try to convert her into a Seattle fan, too.
Kathy’s experience, kindness, and humor make her a wonderful addition to our agency family.

Caitlyn Spriggs
Account Manager
Caitlyn Spriggs was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, and brings energy, curiosity, and a genuine love for helping people to our team. She began her State Farm career at just 21 years old and has now been in the State Farm world for more than five years. Before that, she gained valuable experience working with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, giving her a strong foundation in customer care, communication, and problem-solving.
Caitlyn truly loves helping people protect what matters most. She is thoughtful, eager to learn, and takes pride in continuing to grow both personally and professionally. Her experience includes working remotely for a Washington State Farm agent as well as working in-office for a Huntsville, Alabama State Farm agent. She looks forward to building her future with State Farm — with the goal of becoming a State Farm agent herself someday.
Outside of work, Caitlyn is a proud mom of two daughters who keep her busy with competitive gymnastics and plenty of fun at home. Her household also includes two large fish tanks, a Rottweiler named Ruby, and a Miniature Poodle named Rosie. In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys crocheting, laughing, learning, and spending time with her girls.

Dulce Maya-De La Cruz

Dulce Maya-De La Cruz brings warmth, experience, and a strong service mindset to our team. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised in the heart of Alabama, Dulce comes from a small-community background where helping others and building meaningful relationships are second nature. With eight years of experience in the insurance industry, she has significant experience in commercial lines and brings a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to the customers she serves.
Dulce is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing her to connect with and support a wide range of customers and families. She takes pride in making insurance feel approachable and understandable, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand.
Outside the office, Dulce is a proud mom of three, an avid cook and baker, and even caters small gatherings from time to time. She loves karaoke, trying new foods, exploring new places, learning about history, and spending time with family. A seasoned traveler, Dulce especially treasures her visits to Mexico to spend time with loved ones and care for her properties and animals. Her favorite recent trip was to San Luis Potosí, Mexico, where she visited waterfalls and experienced the beautiful Day of the Dead celebrations.
